“Universidade de Coimbra – Alta e Sofia” application was discussed in the 37th meeting of the World Heritage Committee, in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. On the 22nd of June of 2013, the inclusion in the World Heritage list was unanimously approved by the international representatives. Today 2 years have passed and Coimbra deserves this distinction even more!
