Coimbra has lots of lovely places to visit. The classification as a UNESCO World Heritage Site cannot go unnoticed and you should visit all the 29 included buildings. I recommend to all people who visit the city that they stay here as long as possible. The best option is to bet on walks through our parks and gardens: whether you choose the charming Penedo da Saudade, Jardim da Sereia or our Botanical Garden… And I cannot fail to mention the Choupal! At the end of the walk, finish the day recovering your strength with a taste of our local cuisine and regional sweets to the sound of the Fado de Coimbra!
